This Privacy Policy describes the personal and non-personal information collected by Scale3 Labs Inc. (“Scale3 Labs,” “we” or “us”) when you visit our website (the “Site”) and how we use that information.

Information Collection and Use

We collect data from the Site that consists of personally identifiable information and anonymous data that consists of non-personally identifiable information, as described below.

Anonymous Data

We and our service providers may collect anonymous data about how people use the Site. Anonymous data is data gathered in the background without direct input from the user, or is information gathered from user interactions, and which, in either case, does not identify someone individually (“Anonymous Data”). We reserve the right to use and disclose Anonymous Data with third parties as we deem appropriate.

Personal Information

We collect information provided by users from the Site that can identify the user individually, such as name and email address (“Personal Data”). We use Personal Data on a limited basis only to provide interested users with updates about our services and other information through the email address provided by the user. We don’t use that information for any other purpose.

Information Sharing

As noted above, (i) we may share Anonymous Data for any purpose; and (ii) we may share Personal Data for the purpose of delivering updates and other information. We do not rent, sell or share any Personal Data for any other purpose except as expressly agreed upon by you and in for the following circumstances:

  • As necessary, if we believe that there has been a violation of our terms for use of the Site and related service or of our rights or the rights of any third party;

  • To respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and In the event that we go through a business transaction, such as a merger, an acquisition by another company, or a sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be one of the transferred assets.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the Site or Service is directed to persons under 13. If we learn that personally identifiable information of persons less than 13 years of age has been collected without verifiable parental consent, then we will take the appropriate steps to delete such information.

Do Not Track

Currently, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser features, but we may do so in the future as industry standards evolve.

Third Party Tools

Our Site uses technologies of third-party partners to help us understand how you use our Site so that we can provide and improve our services. HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Vercel collect information about your activity on our Site to enable us to log, measure and analyze traffic and browsing activity on the Site. We may share some Personal Data with those third parties and by usings the Scale3 Labs services you’re consenting to allow us to share that information with them.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the changes on the Site and update the last updated date of this Privacy Policy.
